What We Do
Time 4 Us provides a fun-filled place for children to meet and spend quality time with their non-resident parents
The Time 4 Us Centre came about because parents who live outside the family home wanted a better option to meet with their children than using fast food outlets and shopping centres.
It’s a free service, provided afternoons, evenings and weekends, open to any family where one parent lives outside the home, and aimed at ensuring parents and children can make the best of the access time they have. Children in foster care can also avail of the service to meet their parents and brothers and sisters.
The Time 4 Us Centre is conveniently located on the Shantalla Road in Galway City and well served by public transport (Bus Eireann 2w Eyre Square – Knocknacarra). It’s mostly Dads who come the centre but a large number of Mums do too.
